Excellent links provide easy access to and around the Valencia. There are two international airports (Valencia and Alicante) and three maritime passenger terminals (Valencia, Dénia and Alicante). The AP-7 Mediterranean motorway runs north to south providing easy connections to Catalonia and France, and there are good road connections to the rest of Spain: the A-3 motorway to Madrid, the A-23 Valencia-Zaragoza and the A-31 dual carriageway from Alicante to Madrid. Rail connections are also extensive.
It is the third city in Spain and well communicated with the rest of the country and main international destinations.

By Train (Valencia North Station), is located in the city centre. Trains arrive and depart for all national and international destinations. It also caters for local destinations within the Valencian Province.
Travelling by Sea: Valencia Maritime Port Although Valencia is principally an industrial port it also operates a frequent ferry service to the Balearic Islands and is the starting point for many Mediterranean Cruises. It is well connected to the city centre by a number of frequent bus routes
By Road: The AP-7 motorway runs down the east coast of Spain connecting Valencia to the main European motorway network and to A-23 Sagunto-Somport and the A-3 Madrid-Valencia dual carriageway. Most coach services arrive and depart from Valencia Central Bus Station.
